I’m so sorry for you loss! Roger, my uncle Gary Fredrickson, and I would dig “oil wells” in the trees of his yard or in my grandparents yard across the street from his house when we were kids. We also had great times at Nathaniel and Volmer churches, especially the ebelskiver dinners.

By just looking at Roger's picture you can tell what a kind man he was. I always enjoyed visits in the fall with Roger and Bernice and last year got to meet more of the family. I will always treasure that memory. I just wish I could have visited more. The Lord has his purpose for us sometimes we don't understand. Our faith will bring us through this sad time but we do know Roger is with the Lord now in heaven.

Got to know Roger well back in the 80's working @ the elevator in Zahl. Couldn't of found a nicer gentleman than him. Always a calm quiet demeanor. Will always have fond memories of Roger. Our thoughts are with the Andersen family in the days to come. God Bless.

I have very fond memories of Roger. He drove Wendy and I to school on many bitter cold days. He would fire up the old green truck and drive with only the smallest hole scraped off the windshield to see thru. We always made it safe and sound and on time. He loved his family and his was a life well lived. Cherish the wonderful memories.

I am so very sorry Bernice.
I will always cherish the times I spent with you and Roger over coffee and cookies in your kitchen. I will also fondly remember Roger for his willingness to show us the pheasant spots and to discuss various farming issues with this city boy. He will be missed more than words can express.
